All Prop rentals require a $75 deposit to hold the date of the event. Reservations can be changed 2 weeks prior to the event and rescheduled based on availability of the props. The deposit can be used as credit for a future rental if we are notified 2 weeks prior to event.
All prices are based on set rental and mileage fees will be calculated if beyond or delivery area.
A $50 Stand fee is required for events on hard surfaces. We have to bring heavy weighted stands to protect from the wind.
All props are picked up after scheduled event and by 9am the following day if rented for overnight.
Rental balance is due upon delivery of props.
Rental deliveries are scheduled between 9am and up toi an hour before your event.
Deliveries can be scheduled the evening before for an additional $40
We will deliver and set up props for the event and breakdown and pickup props. We must have access to all props during our scheduled pick up time.
In the event we do not have access to the props a $120 rescheduled pick up fee is required.
